I'm a Knight, a Prince, and a Warrior for the King of the Universe...I fall off my horse a lot, drop my sword, get wounded constantly, and run for my life and hide now and then...He picks me up, helps me back on my horse, hands me my sword, and points me back toward the battle field.   I am a branch of the true Vine Jesus Christ, in the direct line of the mightiest of men.  He always places others before Himself, always follows through on His promises.  He is my Father, my true example, the One I try to emulate, the Hero in my story.  Because I am His son, I am sealed by His Spirit and made righteous, cleansed by the blood of His cross.  Because of Him I am a Mighty Man of Valor and integrity, one who can be trusted.  I am full of His Holy Spirit, and all gifts, talents and abilities that I possess were given to me by Him for His glory.  Because of Him and through Him I will accomplish great things, not by the worlds standard but by His.  I live my life not for the praises of men, but for the praises of Him who loved me, gave Himself for me, and has called me out of darkness into His marvelous light.  He has redeemed me, called me by my true name.  I can do all things through Him because He has given me His strength, and His strength is made perfect in my weakness...this is who I am...beyond that is just details.
