Match Made In Humidity
If you are the single type, looking for another "just right" type out there, you may have tried this or this, in an effort to meet Mr. or Ms. Right.
I have another suggestion for you. Why not try this?
Over the past few months, Wendy, our blogger living in Palawan Philippines became friends with a young pilot who came to the island to serve the community and the clinic there in her village. Over the course of several months, their friendship grew into more, and they are now engaged.

It's been many years since I've been single, but I've had several friends use online dating services (with limited success), blind dates, speed dating, and just hanging out at Universities, in an effort to meet someone and feel a spark. The beauty of Wendy's story is that she had completely dedicated her life to serving God in a remote, primative and foreign village, when the Matchmaker sent a particular man to her village, and the sparks grew into a flame of genuine love and a shared passion for missions.
As Wendy's mom put it:
Dwayne and Wendy have
both dedicated their lives to serve God, wherever that takes them.
It's a beautiful story to me, in our culture of seeking and not finding, that God truly does lead people together in the craziest circumstances, but when it's right, it's RIGHT.
So, if you're looking for love, it would appear that dedicating your life to Him, will bring you a perfect match. (But didn't we know that already?)
